Precision Quality Assurance

Reliability Built Through Process

In the heavy-duty aftermarket, a product failure can leave a truck off the road and damage a distributor’s relationship with its customer. At CHANCEPAR, reliability is built through qualified manufacturers, staged verification, warehouse inspection and traceable after-sales support.

Quality Starts with the Right Manufacturer

We prioritize manufacturers with proven automotive production experience, suitable testing capabilities and established quality management systems. Many of our core partners operate under IATF 16949-certified systems.
Supplier certification, production capability, product samples and previous order performance are reviewed before larger-volume cooperation begins.

Three-Stage Verification

Potential issues are identified through three main stages:
Inspection methods and sampling levels are adjusted according to the product category, batch size, quality history and customer requirements.

01

3 01Production stage checks

Production-stage checks:

Key materials, components and processes are reviewed according to product and order requirements.

02

3 02Post assembly verification

Post-assembly verification:

Finished products are checked for appearance, assembly, markings, dimensions and required functions.

03

3 03Warehouse verification

Warehouse verification:

Every incoming batch enters our receiving inspection process before consolidation and dispatch.

Secondary Verification at Our Hub

At the CHANCEPAR warehouse, products are verified against confirmed specifications, OE cross-references, approved samples and order requirements.
Checks may cover:

Traceable After-Sales Support

Each shipment is linked to its order, batch and supplier records, helping us trace product sources and investigate issues more efficiently.
When a quality issue occurs, we coordinate the investigation with the responsible manufacturer using batch records, application information, photos and failure details.
An initial response and action plan is normally provided within 1–5 business days. Depending on the findings, follow-up actions may include corrective measures, replacement, compensation or another agreed solution.

On-Demand Supply Integration

The Right Manufacturing Resources for Each Requirement

Finding a factory is easy. Identifying the right manufacturer for a specific product, market and quality target is more difficult.
With over 15 years of heavy-duty aftermarket experience, CHANCEPAR has developed a network of more than 150 manufacturing partners and supply resources. We select and coordinate them according to product requirements rather than relying on a single factory or fixed catalogue.

Continuous Manufacturer Development

Our supplier network is developed through international exhibitions, industry research, professional referrals, product analysis and long-term cooperation.
We monitor OE cross-references, vehicle applications and market demand across European and North American heavy-duty truck segments, helping us expand product coverage in line with customer needs.

Practical Supplier Qualification

Depending on the product and importance of the supplier, evaluation may include:
New suppliers are introduced gradually, while priority manufacturers receive closer monitoring and coordination.

Performance-Based Supplier Management

Core partners are selected based on stable quality, reliable delivery and responsive cooperation. Qualified alternative suppliers provide additional product coverage, pricing options and backup capacity.
Manufacturers with recurring quality problems, unstable delivery, weak corrective action or integrity concerns may be downgraded, suspended or removed from our network.

Better Procurement Control

By coordinating multiple manufacturers through one supply hub, CHANCEPAR helps distributors reduce the work involved in supplier selection, quotation comparison, order follow-up, quality coordination and shipment consolidation.
The result is a more manageable way to source competitively priced aftermarket parts while balancing reliability, market positioning and profit margin.
