Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

One Point of Control from Factory Arrival to Export Handover

Multi-supplier sourcing requires accurate receiving, consolidation, packaging, documentation and export handover. At CHANCEPAR, products from multiple manufacturing partners enter one warehouse workflow, allowing us to coordinate the final stages of each order through a single point of contact.

Final Verification Before Dispatch

2 FIRST FLOOR PRODUCT HANDLING
Products arriving from our 150+ screened manufacturing partners are sorted by order and batch on the first floor. Our team checks quantities and packaging information and inspects products for visible damage or obvious inconsistencies. Depending on the product and order requirements, sampling may also cover key dimensions, markings and other confirmed inspection points.
After verification, products are packed using CHANCEPAR-branded packaging or customer-specific labels, boxes and shipping marks according to approved instructions. Before dispatch, we check quantities, part references, labels, shipping marks and external packaging against the confirmed order details.
3 SECOND FLOOR PACKAGING INVENTORY
The second floor stores CHANCEPAR-branded boxes and materials prepared for customer-specific packaging. Keeping these materials close to the handling area supports efficient repacking and more consistent packaging across each order.
Consolidated Documentation

Consolidated Documentation

CHANCEPAR consolidates products and order information into one coordinated documentation set for each shipment. We review product descriptions, quantities, HS classifications, packing details and shipping marks for consistency. We prepare the applicable commercial invoice and packing list and coordinate the Bill of Lading or other transport documents with the relevant freight forwarder or logistics provider. This gives customers one point of coordination instead of dealing separately with multiple factories.

including Kazakhstan

Most export orders are shipped by sea under FOB terms, primarily through Ningbo Port, as full-container or consolidated shipments. We coordinate warehouse release and export handover with the customer’s designated freight forwarder or our cooperating logistics partner.
For selected Central Asian destinations, including Kazakhstan, we can also coordinate cross-border truck freight. Smaller or urgent shipments may be sent through DHL international express.
Before handover, we check the packing information, shipping marks and applicable documents and share available shipment updates during the coordination process.

Initial Response

INITIAL RESPONSE:

1–5 BUSINESS DAYS

Products are linked to internal order, supplier and batch records through the CHANCEPAR lot-number system. If a quality concern occurs, customers can submit the lot number, product photos, affected quantity and issue details. We review the records, coordinate with the relevant manufacturer and provide an initial response within 1–5 business days.
Final handling time depends on the nature of the issue, the supporting evidence and any further technical verification required.

Ongoing Distributor Support

We also support distributors with product matching, technical information and market-specific product suggestions.
By coordinating multiple suppliers, warehouse verification, packaging, documentation and export handover through one point of contact, CHANCEPAR helps reduce the complexity of sourcing heavy-duty truck parts from China.
